January 9, 2026 Meeting Minutes

Location. Ray Residence, Broken Arrow

Attending. Bill, Greg, Chris, Lori, Brooks, Sue, Brad, Micheal and Andrew 

OSFW Business

The prior officers indicated willingness to serve for another year. No other nominations were forthcoming from the floor. After a call for the vote, thde officers are returned by acclamation for an additdional term.

The president briefly discussed the state of the group’s finances and expenses, noting that the expenses last year were modest, that the group has ample resources, and that there is no financial reason to assess dues for the 2026 year. After some discussion, the President moved and Greg seconded that we suspend dues for the 2026 calendar year. The motion passed by acclamation.

There being no further business, the Vice President moved we adjourn. The motion passed by unaminous voice vote.
